弥漫性星形细胞瘤的MRI诊断与病理研究

Correlative study of MRI diagnosis and pathology in diffuse astrocytoma of the brain

目的 探讨弥漫性星形细胞瘤的MRI表现特点 ,研究MRI对该类肿瘤的诊断要点和价值。方法 对 3 6例经病理证实的弥漫性星形细胞瘤MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果 弥漫性星形细胞瘤在脑白质中既可形成局部肿块 ,也可不形成局部肿块 ,或两者同时并存。结论 MRI对弥漫性星形细胞瘤的诊断具有十分重要的价值。加深对弥漫性星形细胞瘤病理生长特性的认识是正确诊断的前提。

Objective To study specific features and main diagnostic points of diffuse astrocytoma on MRI.Methods The MR findings of 36 cases with diffuse astrocytomas were retrospectively analyzed. Results Diffuse astrocytoma can either form local mass at white matter,or no local mass,or two conditions above existed simultaneously. Conclusion MRI has very definite value in diagnosing diffuse astrocytoma. Strengthen the cognition of its pathologic growth characteristics is the premise for correct diagnosis of diffuse astrocytoma.
