子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌症的MRI诊断及鉴别诊断(附120例分析)

MR imaging diagnosis and differentiation between uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌症的MRI表现 ,并评价MRI对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤诊断及其鉴别诊断的价值。方法 回顾性分析 12 0例子宫肌瘤和 /或子宫腺肌瘤患者MRI表现 ,其中子宫肌瘤 78例 ,子宫腺肌症 3 2例 ,子宫腺肌症伴子宫肌瘤 10例。结果 大部子宫肌瘤患者 (60 /78) ,在T2WI中为边缘清晰的低信号肿块 ;大部 (2 8/3 0例 )子宫腺肌症患者 ,在T2WI中为边缘不清的低信号病灶 ,其中见多发斑点及小囊状高信号灶。结论 MRI可明确子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌症的大小及部位 。

Objective To analysis the MRI appearances of leiomyoma and adenomyosis, and evaluate the MRI value in diagnosis and differentiation between leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods A retrospective study of MRI in 120 cases (78 leiomyomas,32 cases of adenomyosis,and 10 cases of both) was performed. Results Among 78 patients with leiomyoma,most(60/78) were a well-circumscribed masses with low signal intensity on T2WI;and most adenomyosis (28/32) appeared as an ill-defince lesion with homogeneous low signal intensity area embedded high-intensity spots on T2WI. Conclusion MR imaging can well demonstrate the size and extension of leiomyoma or/and adenomyosis, so it is a reliable means on diagnosis and differentiation between leiomyoma and adenomyosis.
