经导管动脉栓塞治疗急性盆腔大出血

Transcatheter arterial embdization in the treatment of acute massive traumatic pelvic hemorrhage

目的 探讨经导管栓塞髂内动脉治疗各类急性盆腔大出血的疗效。方法 对经保守治疗无效的 2 6例盆腔大出血患者 ,造影明确出血部位后 ,经导管用明胶海绵或微弹簧圈栓塞。结果 所有患者栓塞治疗后出血停止 ,血压逐步回升为正常 ,休克症状消失 ,随防无并发症及复发。结论 经导管动脉栓塞能够安全。

Objective To observe the effects of transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) of internal iliac arteries on the traumatic pelvic hemorrhage. Methods Twenty-six patients with intractable pelvic hemorrhage were treated with TAE. After identification of the bleeding arteries, TAE was performed with gelatin sponge or coils. Results Hemorrhage was controlled in all patients. The patient's condition, such as blood pressure and symptoms, improved gradually after treatment. No complication associated with the procedure and recurrence of hemorrhage was found in the follow-up period of 6 to 24 months. Condusion Transcatheter arterial embolization can control massive pelvic hemorrhage effectively and safely.
