触诊引导乳腺肿块的穿刺组织学活检

目的 探讨乳腺肿块触诊引导穿刺活检的准确性及可行性。方法 对本组 3 4例乳腺较大肿块 (>3cm )患者采用 18G活检枪手法触诊引导穿刺活检肿块组织芯 ,每部位取 3针送病理 ,对较小肿块可增加穿刺次数 ,以提高阳性率。结果 本组患者穿刺活检过程均顺利 ,成功率较高 ,良、恶性鉴别率达 10 0 % ,基本达到了病理诊断目的 ,且无较重并发症发生。结论 对于乳腺较大肿块 (>3cm)可触诊引导 ,直接穿刺活检成功。

Objective To investigate the accuracy and the feasibility of palpation-guided puncture biopsy in patients with breast lump. Methods The 34 patients with breast lump(>3 cm) by 18G biopsy gunner-method was punctured under palpation-guide. Every position was taken 3 needles to check. Some patients with breast lump(<3 cm) should be increased the number of puncture to enhance positive. Results The course of puncture biopsy was succeed in all patients. The rate of success was fairly high. The distinguished rate of positive and viciousness achieved 100%. It basically achieved the purpose of pathologic diagnosis and has no serious complication. Conclusion The patients with breast lump(>3 cm) by palpation-guide was punctured to make biopsy. This solution was succeed in patients.
