核素淋巴显像在诊断淋巴水肿中的应用研究

目的 探讨放射性核素淋巴扫描诊断淋巴水肿的价值和显像图的特征。方法 110例临床拟诊为淋巴水肿的患者行放射性核素淋巴扫描 ,统计该方法诊断淋巴水肿的灵敏度和特异性。结果 淋巴水肿在放射性核素淋巴扫描图上有明显的表现 ,该方法诊断淋巴水肿的灵敏度和特异性分别为 90 %和 86%。结论 放射性核素淋巴扫描是一种诊断淋巴水肿的非创伤性方法 ,方法简单 。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of radionuclide lymphoscintigraphy in lymphedema and the character of the imaging. Methods 110 cases of clinical suspected lymphedema patients were all undertaken radionuclide lymphoscintigraphy. The sensitivity and specificity of this method was studied. Results Apparent abnormal could be found in patients with lymphedema by radionuclide lymphoscintigraphy. The sensitivity and specificity of this method was 90% and 86%. Conclusion Radionuclide lymphoscintigraphy is a noninvasive method for diagnosing lymphedema. It is a simple method with reliable result.
