摘要
目的 发现CR在儿童中的应用优势 ,通过注意事项提高摄片质量。方法 随机抽取CR及普通后前位胸片各10 0例 ,通过气管、主动脉弓、右侧水平裂、心后肺纹理、外侧肺带各指标进行图像质量比较。结果 CR与传统平片对气管、支气管 ,主动脉弓 ,心后肺纹理 ,外侧肺带肺纹理显影的比较均具有显著的统计学意义。右侧水平裂的显示不具有统计学意义。结论 CR作为一种全新的影像学成像技术 ,以其高清晰度的图像质量 ,有效地实现了X线平片的数字化。但考虑到儿童有其特异性 ,在操作CR的过程中 ,要注意一些注意事项 。
Objective To find the advantages of children's CR and improve the pictures' quality according to the notices. Methods To make comparison between CR and traditional pictures on trachea, aortic arch, fissura horizontalis and lung markings. Results CR pictures are clearer on trachea, aortic arch and lung markings with significant difference (P<0.01). On the other hand, on fissura horizontalis the difference is not obvious. Conclusion CR as a new radiology technique, it achieved to transform the traditional X-ray into digital information with high distinct picture quality. However, the specificity of children should also be taken into account. During the conduction of CR, doctors should pay much attention to the notices so as to improve the quality of the pictures.
