妇产科学男生教学改革尝试性探讨

A Reform on Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching to Male Medical Students

妇产科学是各大医学院校临床教学的主干课程之一 ,但是妇产科学内容多而复杂 ,大部分学生感到学习妇产科索然无味 ,再加上妇产科专业的特殊性 ,在临床见习中常会遇到病人不愿意接受男学生的检查 ,社会上也对男医生做妇产科检查存在着偏见 ,妇产科的教育如果仅仅依靠传统的教育思想是难以适合现代医学发展的需要。本文通过在实行男生教学改革后 ,对男生教学改革的教学效果进行评价分析 ,教改后男生成绩较教改前有明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,表明教改效果好 ,并就进一步开展男生教学改革 ,提高教学效果 ,做一些尝试性探讨。

Gynecology and obstetrics is one of the major courses of all the clinic medical school. As it includes many contents and complicated for study,most of the students feel it uninteresting. Moreover,it has a special feature that the object studied is woman. In our clinic work and teaching,we often meet some patients who refuse to be physicay examined by a male doctor,and there still exists the bias for a male doctor to be a gynecologist or obstetricist. Because of these reasons,we can hardly step our teaching following the old teaching method,especially for teaching male students. We did some reform in our teaching on this aspect. It is concluded that our teaching reform has got a good result. This paper has tried to discuss the effect of the reform in order to improve the teaching of the courses.
