摘要
为了解一种二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌效果与腐蚀性 ,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀性试验。结果以含二氧化氯 40mg/L或 3 0mg/L的该消毒剂溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢分别作用 10min和 2 0min ,含二氧化氯 5 .0mg/L的该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用 10min ,平均杀灭率均为 10 0 %。含二氧化氯 2 0mg/L的该消毒剂对乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg)作用 2 0min可破坏其抗原性。该样品经 5 4℃存放 14d后 ,有效成分平均下降率为 8.0 0 %。含 3 0mg/L对不锈钢、碳钢、铜有轻度腐蚀性 ,对铝有中度腐蚀性。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of a solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant,suspension quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed the average killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 40mg/L for 10min,or 30mg/L for 20 min. The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 5.0mg/L for 10min were 100%. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 20 mg/L with a 20 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity on stainless steel. After being stored at 54 ℃ for 14 days,the chlorine dioxide content of this disinfectant decreased by 8.00% in average. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 30mg/L had light corrosive effect on stainless steel,carbon steel,copper and moderate corrosive effect on aluminum.
