多取代嘧啶类杂环衍生物的质谱裂解规律

Fragmentation of 2,4-alkylsulphur-5-cyano-6- amido-pyrimidine Derivatives by Mass Spectrometry

研究了用于合成农药除草剂的中间体 4-氨基 -5 -氰基 -2 ,6-二烷硫基嘧啶衍生物的电子轰击质谱 ( EI-MS)。分析此类化合物的质谱图 ,发现其分子离子峰基本上是基峰 ,讨论了质谱碎片峰的断裂规律 ,给出此类化合物的共同特征离子 ,并根据质谱碎片离子丰度 ,提出此类结构化合物的活性位 。

alkylsulphur-5-cyano-6-amido-pyrimidine derivatives for herbicide was reported by electron impact mass spectrometry(EIMS). EI mass spectra showed that the molecular ion peaks of all above compounds were found because of long conjugated structure. The fragmentation mechanisms of above compounds were proposed on the base of the abundance of fragment ions. It showed that the fragment center is on the 2-substituted-alkylsulphur which is consisted of the reactive center.
