摘要
通过对中间-石蜡基原油所产生的脱油沥青、脱油胶质、减压渣油和催化油浆等组分进行沥青调合研究,发现脱油沥青作为硬组分,催化油浆作为软组分,温度控制在165-175℃,软、硬组分进行沥青调合,可生产出符合SH 0522-2000标准要求的60号和100号道路石油沥青。
Researching on mixing asphalt composition, such as de-oiled asphalt, de-oiled colloid, vacuum residuum and slurry from medium-paraffin base crude oil, it is found that under the temperature from 165℃ to 175℃ , after mixing the de-oiled asphalt (used as hard composition) and the slurry (used as soft composition ), 60 and 100 road petroleum asphalt can be obtained.
