摘要
采用将聚合物乳液加入阳离子乳化液中,再与重交70号沥青一起乳化的技术路线,制备阳离子型改性乳化沥青.在相同试验条件下,考察了几种聚合物乳液制备改性乳化沥青的工艺性能和其对沥青的改性效果.结果表明:在聚合物加入量3%的情况下,高温聚合型丁苯胶乳改性乳化沥青的性能较差,其蒸发残留物的软化点低于55℃,5℃延度小于20 cm;而低温聚合型丁苯胶乳改性乳化沥青的性能较好,其蒸发残留物的软化点在56~60℃,5℃延度大于150 cm;氯丁胶乳改性乳化沥青的软化点约54℃,5℃延度约16 cm,与高温聚合型丁苯胶乳大致相当.
A kind of technical process, by which cation modified asphalt emulsion was prepared with polymer added to cation serum and then mixed with 70 heavy asphalt was introduced. Under similar conditions, different kinds of polymer serum were studied in preparing modified asphalt emulsion . It was found that, with 3% polymer , performance of the asphalt emulsion modified by high-temperature SBR latex was not satisfied, its softening point was under 55 C , ductility of 5 ℃ was below 20 cm. But performance of the asphalt emulsion modified by low-temperature polymer SBR latex was better, its softening point was between 55-60℃, ductility of 5℃ submit 150 cm. Performance of asphalt emulsion modified by CR latex was similar with high-temperature polymer SBR latex-softening point about 54℃ , ductility of 5℃ about 16 cm.
