摘要
介绍了一种新型的智能化铸造型砂多项力学性能测试系统。该测试系统运用当代先进的测试技术和计算机技术,通过对四个标准砂型的动态测试,可迅速、准确的测得被测砂样的应力———应变动态特征曲线及八项力学性能参数,以全面、综合地评定型砂性能的优劣;型砂的塑性变形临界值、回弹势能的概念及其测试方法均系创新。该测试仪操作简单,使用方便,具有广阔的市场和应用前景。
A new intelligent multi-properties tester of molding sand is introduced in this paper. The advanced test and computer technology are adopted. The dynamic characteristic stress-strain curves of tested sand sample is obtained fast and precisely by testing four standard sand mold dynamically and the eight items of the mechanical property parameters are tested, which can evaluate the mold sand properties synthetically. The plastic shaped critical value and the conceptions and testing methods of resilient energy are both newly invented. The tester is easy to operate and control and owns extensive markets and inspiring perspective.
