摘要
简述了高铝锌合金ZA27的一些性能特点,如:优良的使用性能、良好的工艺性能、低廉的制造成本及其无火花性和抗腐蚀能力等,特别是其优异的摩擦磨损性能及减振性能等;并简述了ZA27合金晶粒细化和性能提高的方法,以便更好地掌握高铝锌合金ZA27的性能特点及其加工方法。
This paper concises some properties of high ZA27-alloy,for example good using capability,fine technological capability,low machining cost ,no sparkle and corrosion-resisting ability etc,especially its fine friction and attrition capability and damping capability, and concises methods of refining grain and improving its properties,so to master properties and methods to process of ZA27-alloy well.
