摘要
五四宪法的制定和实施 ,是新中国法治和民主建设的良好开端 ,但宪法实施后不久 ,人治思想开始抬头 ,五四宪法被废弃。五四宪法对八二宪法产生了深远影响 ,八二宪法就是以五四宪法为基础的。
The process of the establishment and its practice about the first Constitution of P.R.C (“Constitution of 1954”) are discussed in the paper. The discussion is divided into four parts, and its experience is analyzed in the last part.
