随着学校的扩招和战略目标的重新定位 ,作为转型时期的图书馆应打破原有的平衡状态 ,树立与时俱进的创新意识 ,较好地完成由传统图书馆向现代化图书馆的过渡 ,以求得与学校的同步发展。

The present state of equilibrium in library should be broken during the period of system change with the more enrollments of students and the new orientation of strategy goals in Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture. It is necessary to have innovation consciousness of making progress with passing days, in order to fulfill the transition from the traditional library to modernized library and to make the library develop synchronously with the development of Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
