摘要
文章从新世纪高等学校面临的外部压力角度出发 ,提出高等学校只有不断深化内部管理体制改革 ,正确处理好改革与发展的关系 ,正确处理好改革过程中各类人员的编制划分问题、各类人员的收入分配问题、创收经费的管理问题 ,以及“双肩挑”干部问题 ,才能不断提高办学水平和办学效益 ,实现可持续发展。
From the external force that university is facing in new century the university should only deepen the system reformation of interior management, treat the relationship between reformation and development well, sont out the different people in manning quotas, and deal with the income of different people the university can increase the level and efficiency of running a school, and carry out the continning development.
