This paper makes concrete analysis on existing problems that are caused by high temperature, mechanical action, physical and chemical reaction in the long-term use of the coke-oven such as erosion on wall surface, crack on the furnace wall and furnace top, growth on the length of furnace, deformation of the furnace wall, wear and crack on the furnace bottom brick, burn on chamber brick, deformation and leak on brick gas road and so on, puts forward some corresponding maintaining methods.
