中医证候标准建立的思路与方法

Insights and Approaches of Establishing Standardization of TCM Syndrome

针对目前中医证候标准研究的现状与存在问题 ,提出了建立证候标准的思路与方法 ,即文献研究是证候研究的基础 ,临床调研是构建证候标准研究的重要环节 ,专家问卷调查提高证候标准的指导性 ,症状 /体征量化是证候标准建立的关键 ,计算智能方法的介入将为证候诊断研究提供技术平台 。

In regard to the present situation and problems in the studies of standardization of syndrome, this paper proposes the insights and approaches of establishing syndrome standardization. In detail, study of the medical literature is a basis of syndrome research; clinical investigation is a key link to construction of syndrome standardization; questionnaires from the medical experts serve as a guidance to increasing standardization of syndrome; quantization of symptoms and signs or physical signs plays a critical role; besides, intelligent calculation by computers has facilitated the research technically. This paper also presents exposition of some key problems as to the standardization of syndrome.
