氯诺昔康联合吗啡于妇科手术后镇痛的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:评价非甾体类抗炎药氯诺昔康联合吗啡用于妇科腹部手术后患者自控镇痛(PCA)的效应及安全性.方法:60例妇科开腹手术后疼痛患者随机分为H组和M组,接受PCA治疗.H组为使用氯诺昔康联合吗啡,M组使用吗啡.结果:氯诺昔康联合吗啡组与吗啡组术后VAS评分及镇静并无明显差异性.氯诺昔康联合吗啡组的胃肠道不良反应发生率低于吗啡组.结论:氯诺昔康联合吗啡用于妇科腹部手术后PCA效应于吗啡接近,可引起轻度胃肠道症状.
