成都市初三学生心理健康状况与全国常模比较

MENTAL HEALTH STATUS OF JUNIOR SCHOOL GRADUATE IN CHENGDU.

目的 :探讨成都市初三学生心理健康状况与常模差异 ,为完善心理健康教育内容提供科学依据。方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL- 90 )及自编问卷对成都市初三学生 14 2 2 3名 (男生 6 80 4、女生 7176 )进行统一问卷调查。结果 :成都市中学生的心理问题总检出率为 16 .7% ,其中男、女生分别为 12 .4 %、 2 0 .6 % ;以强迫症状和人际关系敏感占首位。成都市中学生的心理健康状况明显比全国青年组差 ,比北京初三学生好 ,女生症状较男生突出 ,城市和农村学生心理健康差异无显著性。结论 :该市应针对中学生的特点 ,加强中学生心理健康教育工作 ,提高中学生心理健康水平。

Objective:To explore the difference of psychological health betw ee n the junior school graduates in Chengdu and in Beijing,and to improve t he in strument in mental health education.Method:Symptome check list( SCL-90) were filled in by 14223(male=6804,female=7176) juni or school graduates in Chengdu.R esult: Total prevalence is 16.7%,male are 12.4% and female are 20.6% respecti vel y . Among the problems, compulsive and interpersonal sensitive in interpe rso nal relationship lead others.Conclusion:The mental health stat us of junior school graduate in Chengdu is worse than norms of Chinese youth, better than Beijing. Girls is obviously worse than boys, there is no obviously difference be tween the city and countryside.As for the students with different characteristi c ,me ntal health education in junior school needs to be enhanced to improve their psy chological health level.
