摘要
目的 :了解性服务男性顾客的社会背景 ,艾滋病相关行为及其行为意识。方法 :在社区和性病门诊分别通过“滚雪球”抽样和方便样本招募 37名性服务男性顾客 ,对其进行个人深入访谈。结果 :性服务男性顾客大多为 2 5~ 4 0岁 ,初中文化以上的已婚成年男性。 6 4 .86 %的被访者认为寻求商业性服务是一种正常和普遍的现象。发生商业性行为的原因包括内因和外因两方面 ,内因指个人人格特征 ,外因包括生理需求、职业、收入和年龄。商业性行为中每次使用安全套的比例不足三分之一 ,阻碍安全套使用的因素包括 :缺乏快感、与商业性伴相互信任以及当时身边没有安全套等。结论 :性服务男性顾客来自社会各个阶层 ,他们是可以接近和研究的 ,能够作为艾滋病行为干预的目标人群。
Objective:To understand the social background an d AIDS related be haviors of male clients of female sex workers(FSWs).Methods:T hirty-seven cli ents of female sex workers were recruited from STD clinics and communities by sn owball sampling and random sampling respectively,and their information were col lected through in-depth interview.Results:The majority of clients were 25~40 years old,married and of junior high school or more educational level.64.86% o f them thought it was natural and prevalent to visit FSWs.Reasons for visiting FSWs included personality,physiological demand,occupation,income and age.Pr o portion of using condom every time were lower than one third during commercial s exual intercourse because of lack of pleasant sensation,believing in FWSs,and no condom with himself,etc.Conclusion:Male clients of FSWs come fr om varied s ocial classes,could be approached and studied,and should be specific target gr oup for AIDS behavioral intervention.
