摘要
用超声波辅助乙醇溶液浸提香椿叶中黄酮化合物 ,用乙酸乙酯萃取得萃取物 .利用紫外分光光度法 ,以芦丁为标准品 ,对其进行络合显色 ,在紫外最大吸收峰 5 1 0nm处测定乙酸乙酯萃取物中总黄酮的含量 .香椿叶中总黄酮的含量以芦丁计算为 1 .72 5 % ,平均加样回收率为 99.2 6% ,相对标准方差为 1 .48.方法简便、快速、重现性好 ,可作为检测香椿中黄酮含量的一种手段 .
Flavones is physiological medicine which is one of the widest compound in the vegetable kingdom.Using a method applying alcohol solution as extraction solvent in cooperation with ultrasonic wave in extraction techniques of flavonoid compounds in Toona sinensis leaves,the ethyl acetate extraction was gained.Rutin is reference standard and the concentration of flavones is determined by UV spectroscopy at the wavelength of 510nm after the ethyl acetate extraction reacted with coloring agents.The result was that the flavones content in samples was 1.725 percent calculated by Rutin,the recovery rate was 99.86%and the relative deviation was 1.48%.It is concluded that the method is suitable for simple,rapid and reproducible analysis of flavone in Toona sinensis leaves.
