国审玉米郑单14播期、密度与高产机理研究

Studies on Occurrence Rule of High Yield in Corn Hybrid Zhengdan 14

对 郑 单 14的 密度 、播 期 及生 理特 点 等一 系列 研 究表 明, 郑 单 14的 最适 播 种密 度为 52500～60000株 /hm ;理 想播 期为 5月 25日至 6月 5日,不宜 在 6月 10日以 后播 种 。其 表 现高 产稳 产 的主 要生 理 原因 是:①叶 面 2积指 数变 化 合理 ,叶 片持 绿时 间 长,衰 老 慢,叶绿 体中 的 光 合 色素 、蛋白 质 和 可 溶性 糖 含 量 高;②过 氧化 物 酶 活 性高 ,丙二 醛积 累 少,光 合 效率 高;③子 粒体 积 大,灌浆 时间 长 ,千粒 重 高。

By studying the densities,planting periods and physiological characteristics of Zhengdan14,the re-sults showed that hybrid-zhengdan14planting density is52500～60000Plants /ha and planting period is5/25～6/5.The inclination of middle and top leaf is small.The growth of populations leaf area is fast in the early stage,sta-ble in the middle stage and slow in the late stage.The dry matter accumulation is fast and allotted rationally.The content of the leaf photosynthesis pigment,protein and soluble sugar and the activity of the leaf peroxidase are high.Its leaves are with strong function and slow senescence.
