摘要
SNS柔性防护系统已广泛应用于高陡边坡扩离落石的防治工程中。但该系统的消能装置的更换、系统的维护和防锈技术还有待提高和完善。文章首先介绍了目前常用的消能装置,进而通过对国际通用的消能装置———盘状消能装置和管状消能装置在构成和作用原理方面的介绍,指出其优点在于可重复使用和方便拆换,能够适应危岩防护工程的需要;柔性防护系统的主要部件之一立柱和基座的防锈是公路、铁路、水电等工程业主所关注的事情。用油漆作为钢柱和基座的表面处理,一方面,因防锈层太薄,每年都必须作防锈处理(欲达到标准的除锈、涂刷等)。这在已拆除了施工辅助设施的高陡边坡上几乎是不可能的;另一方面,因油漆涂层太软,在施工过程中会被磨刮得伤痕累累,根本不能起到防锈的效果。成都安特力边坡防护有限公司采用无机磷酸富锌涂料作钢柱的防锈处理可使防锈年限达到30a上以。
Rock fall restraining nets have been used in steep slope for rock fall protection commonly.But the energy dissipators renewal,system maintenance and coat need to be improved.For no installing auxiliary device left after finishing the main construction.There are two types of common energy dissipators,which are plate-shaped dissipator and tube-shaped one.They suit engineering need since their repeat usage and easy renewal.The painting coat is the very important element for the steel structures,to which the owners of all railway,highway,hydropower station structures and so on pay attention.At present,some company use paint to deal with it.It is not good enough for this kind of engineering.One side,it must be renewal and repainted every year for it is too thin.Another hand,if is scraped during construction for it is too soft and few antirust capability remains after installing.Chengdu Antely Co.Ltd paint thick inorganic phosphate zinc daub for the steel post rustproof.The life.span of rustproof can be prolonged more than30years.
