摘要
以四氯化钛为原料,在传统水热法制备纳米二氧化钛的基础上,考察了加入丙三醇后各种因素对粉体粒径及 其分布的影响,利用XRD、激光粒度仪、透射电镜等分析测试手段进行了表征。结果表明,通过加入适量的丙三醇以及改 变反应条件,能够调节粉体的粒径及其分布,得到的粉体平均粒径约40 nm。
Nanocrystalline anatase titania powers were prepared from tianium tetrachloride by hydrothermal method. It was studied systemically that all kinds of factors had affected the size and distribution of the powders on the base of preparing for the nanoparticle of the titanium dioxide with traditional hydrothermal method when glycerin had been intermingled. The powers were characterized by XRD、ZetaSizer 3000HSA、EM methods.
