摘要
讨论了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯纤维在氢氧化钠水溶液中碱处理的工艺条件,并用正交试验法分析了影响PTT纤维碱处理的各个因素,得出了PTT纤维碱处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在促进剂(1631)浓度为1 g/L,浴比为1:50的情况下,PTT纤维在氢氧化钠水溶液中碱处理的最佳工艺条件为NaOH浓度25 g/L,时间40min,温度90℃时PTT纤维的碱减量率可达到10.25%。
PTT fibres are treated with sodium hydroxide using distilled water as the solvent, the technological term of alkaline weight reduction has been studied. The main factors were observed by orthogonal design analysis. The results showed that if we want obtained a weight loss of 10.25 % , at the centripetal conditions: concentrations of alkaline treatment with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide of 25 g/L at 90℃ for 40 minutes.
