摘要
目的 :研究 TGF-β1、p2 7蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达 ,探讨 TGF-β1、p2 7与胆囊癌预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 SABC法检测 TGF-β1、p2 7各自在胆囊癌、胆囊炎中的表达及两者同时在胆囊癌、胆囊炎中的表达 ,并比较 TGF-β1、p2 7胆囊癌组织中同时阳性表达组与阴性表达组患者术后 2年内的生存时间。结果 :TGF- β1在胆囊炎组织中的阳性表达率 1 4.2 9%,在胆囊癌组织中的阳性表达率 44.74%;p2 7在胆囊炎组织中的阳性表达率为 78.5 7%,在胆囊癌组织中的阳性表达率42 .1 1 %;TGF- β1、p2 7在胆囊炎组织中同时表达的阳性率 7.1 4%,在胆囊癌组织中同时表达的阳性率 42 .1 1 %;TGF- β1、p2 7在胆囊癌组织中同时阳性表达组术后 2年内的平均生存时间为 1 8.7个月 ,阴性表达组的平均生存时间为 1 0 .5个月。两者差异均有统计学意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :TGF-β1、p2 7在胆囊癌的发生、发展中起重要作用 ,与预后有关 ,可作为判断患者手术预后的评价指标。
Objective: To Study the expression of TGF-β1 and p27 in Carcinoma of Gallbladder, and to discuss the relation to the expression of TGF-β1 and p27 and prognosis. Methods:To Detect the expression of TGF-β1 and p27 in Carcinoma of Gallbladder and cholecystitis respectively and the expression of them in Carcinoma of Gallbladder and cholecystitis simultaneously by immunohistochemistry, and comparing the survival time in 2 years after operation in positive expression of TGF-β1 and p27 and negative expression of them in Carcinoma of Gallbladder simultaneously.Results: The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in cholecystitis was 14.29%, and that in Carcinoma of Gallbladder was 44.74%, and the difference had significance of statistics (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of p27 in cholecystitis was 78.57%, and that in Carcinoma of Gallbladder was 42.11%,and the difference had significance of statistics (P<0.05). The average survival time was 18.7±5.2 months that in positive expression of TGF-β1 and p27 in Carcinoma of Gallbladder simultaneously, and it was 10.5±5.7 that in negative expression of TGF-β1 and p27 in Carcinoma of Gallbladder simultaneously, and the difference had significance of statistics (P<0.05). Conclusion:TGF-β1 and p27 play a part in the occurrence and progression of Carcinoma of Gallbladder, and they have something with prognosis. So they can be as an evaluative target to judge the prognosis.
