白芍总苷合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎

Clinical Curative Effect Investigation on Integrated Total Glucosides of Peony and Sulfasalazine in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的 :评价白芍总苷联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法 :强直性脊柱炎患者 5 1例随机分为两组 ,联合治疗组 2 4例 ,口服白芍总苷及柳氮磺胺吡啶 ,连用 6个月 ;对照组2 7例 ,口服柳氮磺胺吡啶 6个月。观察脊柱晨僵时间、疼痛程度、血沉及药物不良反应。结果 :两组治疗前后各项指标均有明显改善 ,联合治疗组 6个月总有效率 87.5 % ,明显优于对照组。联合治疗组不良反应尤其是肝脏损伤明显下降。结论 :白芍总苷和柳氮磺胺吡啶联合应用是一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效治疗方案。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of total glucosides of peony (TGP) and sulfasalazine (SASP) in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods:51 cases of AS were randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases in integrated treatment group taking orally TGP and SASP for 6 months, 24 cases in control group taking SASP for 6 months. The period of early ankylosis, pain degree, ESR and worse activity of medicine in two groups were observed.Results: All indexes in two groups were improved significantly after treatment. The total effective rate for 6 month therapy was 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that in control group, and the worse activities in former group, esp. in liver harm, were less than those in control group. Conclusion:Integration of TGP and SASP is a kid of safe and effective therapy precept in treating AS.
