太极拳教学中攻防含义的探讨

Discussion on Attack and Defend of Taijiquan in Teaching

笔者通过对文献资料的借鉴和教学经验的总结,对太极拳教学中攻防含义进行探讨得出:能激发和提高学生学 习兴趣,提高学生单个动作的理解和掌握能力,能较好的解决太极拳教学疑难点;能充分发挥其防身自卫,健身、医疗 的社会价值功能。

Based on the related research papers and my own teaching experience, my essay aims at discussing implications of attacking and defending strategy in taijiquan course. The conclusion I draw is : It tan motivate the students, and enables the students to get a better understanding of a singular movement and really grasp it. It can aiso solve some difficulty in taijiquan teaching and take full advantage of the functions of taijiquan as well, namely, its role in self-defending, self-building, and medical treatme...
