摘要
笔者通过武术锻炼或武术表演的具体审美实践活动来进行美的教育,提高审美的能力,树立正确的审美观和审美 趣味,从而达到锻炼身体陶冶情操的效果。
The article is about the education of aesthetic. Though martial arts training and the performance of the martial arts etc. about the particular aesthetic practice activities in order to improve the appreciation of the beautiful and establish a correct aesthetic standards and interests.
