噪声性聋发病机制中氧自由基与铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶的研究

摘要
目的 探讨氧自由基与噪声性聋的关系。方法 就噪声性耳聋发病机制中的氧自由基以及铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶的作用及其相互关系的研究现状进行综述。结果 作为氧自由基的有效清除剂——铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶可保护耳蜗免受噪声损伤。结论 研究氧自由基与噪声性耳聋的关系,对噪声性聋的防治有积极意义。
