神经干细胞耳蜗移植与感音神经性耳聋基因治疗

摘要 神经干细胞具有低免疫原性、自我更新及多潜能分化等特性。此外,神经干细胞可转染神经营养因子基因等目的基因,并能整合于宿主细胞,长期稳定表达外源性基因。因此,神经干细胞可以作为内耳基因治疗的一个理想载体,通过转染神经营养因子基因,并移植于耳蜗,在感音神经性耳聋的治疗中可能具有潜在的应用价值。
