On the Right Way of Policy Propaganda Translation

对外宣传涉及面广,影响重大,稍有不慎,译文便会背离原文精神,造成重大失误。因此,对于这类文体的翻译尤其需要字斟句酌、精益求精。文章以《邓小平文选》第3卷中的两种不同英译版为分析研究对象,就对外宣传翻译中的遣词用字、习惯表达、语气口吻、句式重心等问题进行了讨论,并就相关问题提出了笔者的见解。
