摘要
针对煤粉炉及燃用混煤的锅炉中,燃烧率变化易造成燃烧不稳定及参数波动大、锅炉效率降低等问题,通过分析燃烧特性曲线,把O2和CO信号引入到燃烧优化控制系统当中,从而用O2和CO信号来修正过量空气系数,作为反映燃烧率与燃烧状态的参数。应用修正的过量空气系数,提出基于最佳风煤比的在线识别燃烧优化控制系统。
In boiler burning pulverized coal and mixture coal, combustion rate was often changed and easily resulting instability of burning and fluctuating of boiler s parameters, and then the boiler efficiency reducing. Through analyzing the Curves of combustion characteristic, introduce O_2 and CO signal to the optimum combustion system.
