摘要
碳纳米管是近年来被学术界广泛关注的纳米材料,其批量化生产是碳纳米管生业化的关键,通过对纳米颗粒流化行为的分析,提出了纳米聚团流态化概念,并通过纳米金属催化剂制备、催化剂载体的设计及反应条件的优化等,实现了利用纳米聚团床反应器批量生产碳纳米管,其生产能力达15 kg/hr。在这一基础上,利用高温整形、纯化原理,实现了纯度达99.95%以上高纯度碳纳米管的制备。文中对实验纳米材料批量化的一些过程工程问题进行了深入的讨论。
Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) is a novel tubular nano-material extensively studied in academic field in last decade.
