摘要
以醋酸铅、钛酸丁酯,冰醋酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米钛酸铅粉体,用 X射线粉末衍射、红外、透射电镜、扫描电镜能谱和 X 射线光电子能谱对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征;研究了纳米钛酸铅对双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,并进行了初步燃烧催化机理实验。结果表明,纳米 PbTiO_3为立方钙钛矿结构,平均粒径约为30nm 左右,应用在双基推进剂中对改善推进剂的燃烧性能有一定的效果。
Nanometer PbTiO_3 powder was prepared by sol-gel method from Pb(C_2H_5COO)_2·3H_2O and Ti(OC_4H_9)_4.The crystal form,particle size and morphology of nanometer PbTiO_3 powder were characterized by XRD,IR,TEM,SEM-EDS and XPS.The effect of nanometer PbTiO_3 as combustion catalyst on burning properties of double-base propellant was investigated and the experimental research of catalytic combustion mechanism of nanosized PbTiO_3 in double-base propellant was elementarily carried on.
