摘要
利用球磨机——气流粉碎机复合加工工艺对电气石进行超细粉碎。将原矿电气石进行鄂式破碎至40μm,然后用周期式搅拌球磨机湿法粉碎,料浆干燥后采用扁平式气流粉碎机进行收尾工艺处理,腔内气源压力以0.7～0.9MPa为宜,进口压力设定为0.5MPa左右,保持此压差值可提高破碎效率。
A combined processing process of ball milling and jet milling was developed to prepare ultrafine powders of tourmaline. Tourmaline ore was jaw-crushed to 40μm first, then wet crushed with periodic stirring ball mills. The material slurry was dried and processed finally by current crushing. The appropriate air pressure was kept at 0. 7～0. 9 MPa, and the inlet pressure at 0. 5 MPa or so, which can be useful to improve the crushing efficiency.
