摘要
在0.25Mpa~1.50Mpa 纯氮气下用导线电爆炸(WEE)方法合成的纳米氮化铝为六方结构,合成粉体中纳米氮化铝的含量在宏观上呈现随氮气压的提高而增大的规律,从0.25Mpa 时的80wt%增大到1.50Mpa 的98wt%,余量为未反应的铝。合成粉体的粒度分布范围在30nm~100nm,平均粒度为50nm。放电电压在32kV~36kV 范围,电容组容量在1.2μF~2.0μF范围有利于纳米氮化铝的连续稳定合成。该方法为高纯纳米氮化铝粉体的低成本制备提供了一条新途径。
Synthesis of AIN nanopowders in pure N_2 atmosphere under pressure range from 0.25MPa to 1.5 Ma by wire electrical explosion(WEE)method had been studied.The crystal structure of the AIN was of hexagonal structure.The AIN content in the synthesized powders increased with the N_2 pressure increment,from 80wt% at 0.25Mpa increasing to 98 wt% at 1.50Mpa.The granular range of namoparticles was from 30nm to 100nm and the average size was about 50nm.The nanopowders could be produced continually and stably by WEE m...
