A Brief Analysis of the Chinese Sentence Pattern like "Yi (以)A Yi (以)B" in Shijing

"以A以B"句《诗经》中共出现12例,表面看,不管"A""B"代之以何词,"以A以B"都相同,实则不然,它共有三种结构形式:以(之)A以(之)B,又A又B,带来A带来B。当"以"作介词与连词时,A与B为同义词或近义词;当"以"作动词时,A与B为类义词。

There are 12 examples of the sentence pattern like " yi(以) A yi(以) B" in The Book of Songs. No matter what part of speech A or B represents, the sentences are superficially similar to each other. Actually, they are of three manifestations such as "yi (zhi)(以之) A yi (zhi)(以之) B"; "both A and B"; "bring about both A and B".
