The heat transfer coefficient for pool boiling of binary mixtures has been predicted based on the dynamic microlayer model theoretically. In this model, the heat transfer with boiling is mainly attributed to the evaporation of microlayers which are periodically formed while the individual bubbles are forming. In the present model the influence of mass transfer on heat transfer is also considered. As a result, the agreement between the present theoretical model and the experiment data is good in the entire r...
