摘要
传统的见习教学模式存在诸多弊端 ,影响了教学质量。本研究在 1998级儿科见习中采用临床跟踪教学 ,通过问卷调查及临床技能考核进行教学效果的评价。结果显示实验组超过 80 %的学生赞成新的教学方法 ,实验组学生综合素质提高 ,表现为病历书写、体检及理论考核成绩较对照组高 ,差别有显著性差异。本研究结果提示临床跟踪教学在儿科见习中的应用是行之有效的。
The traditional pedagogy of internship had much shortcoming. Part of the interns of 98 grade adopted a new pedagogy-clinical follow-up teaching in pediatric internship and the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and assessment of clinical skill.
