摘要
探讨了知识管理中人格化策略的适用性问题 ,给出了人格化策略的定义 ,指明了如何实施人格化策略以及它适用于什么样的企业 ,最后通过分析案例具体进行了说明。
Personalization is one of the tactics of knowledge management. In this paper, firstly its definition is given. Then the applicability of this tactic in enterprise is discussed. Finally, it analyzes some cases to probe into how to manage knowledge in a company.
