渝怀铁路鱼嘴至土坎段位于三峡水库库区回水范围内长江河谷与乌江河谷,采用两段法逐段落实坍岸线和坍岸范围,分析了回水对不良地质体与盐溶角砾岩的影响,为保证铁路安全,对于水库坍岸严重、工程处理困难并可能留有隐患的地段采用了隧道绕避,对不太严重的坍岸地段采用了工程处理措施。
