摘要
本文通过分析现有ERP系统在柔性方面的缺陷,和目前有关柔性ERP研究和实践的局限性,提出了较为完整的柔性ERP概念,指出应该将ERP软件产品的市场柔性、生产柔性、应用柔性和技术柔性都加以考虑和实现,使之成为一个柔性技术有机体。提出和重点论述了支撑这种较为完整的柔性ERP系统的管理理论基础和制造理论基础--多维管理进化思想和ERP大规模定制思想。
