小儿肾母细胞瘤转化生长因子β_1的表达及临床意义

Expression of transforming growth factor-β_1 in Wilms' tumor

目的 探讨转化生长因子 β1与小儿肾母细胞瘤的临床分期、病理类型及转移和预后之间的内在联系。方法 采用免疫组织化学过氧化物酶法 (SABC法 ) ,对 31例肾母细胞瘤组织标本进行转化生长因子 β1表达的检测 ,并对 2 1例患儿进行了 2年以上的随访。结果 肾母细胞瘤组织中 ,转化生长因子 β1的总阳性表达率为 38.7% ( 12 /31)。其中 ,肿瘤的临床分期之间和病理类型之间转化生长因子 β1的阳性表达均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且与肿瘤是否发生肺部转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。转化生长因子 β1表达阳性者 2年生存率为 2 5 .0 % ( 2 /8) ,而表达阴性者生存率则为 92 .3%( 12 /13) ,二者比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 小儿肾母细胞瘤组织中存在转化生长因子 β1的高表达 ,与肿瘤的临床分期、病理类型相关 ,而且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力及病程密切相关。转化生长因子 β1有可能成为肾母细胞瘤预后的重要指标之一。
