中药扶正合剂对LA795肿瘤模型小鼠细胞因子影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Zhongyao Fuzheng Mixture on Cytokines in LA795 Tumor Model Mice

目的研究中药扶正合剂对肿瘤模型细胞因子的影响。方法接种复制小鼠肿瘤模型,随机分为模型、中药、化疗、联合、正常等5组,后进行相应药物处理。实验第13天眼球取血、解剖取肿瘤组织,以放免法测定外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和肿瘤组织 IL-2、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、TNF-α活性。结果模型组外周血和肿瘤组织的 IL-2、TNF-α水平下降,肿瘤组织的 IL-6水平升高。化疗组仅可提高肿瘤组织的 TNF-α水平。中药组和联合组皆可升高外周血和肿瘤组织 IL-2水平,降低肿瘤组织的 IL-6水平,但中药组可提高外周血的 TNF-α水平,而联合组可提高肿瘤组织的,TNF-α水平。结论中药扶正合剂的抗肿瘤作用机理与调节细胞免疫有关。
