唐威胶囊抗糖尿病作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-diabetic Effect of Tangwei Capsule

目的探讨唐威胶囊对不同动物模型的抗糖尿病作用及其中西药结合组方的合理性。方法利用自发性2型糖尿病 KK 小鼠、葡萄糖耐量异常的 IGT-ICR 小鼠、1型糖尿病四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)小鼠、昆明(KM)小鼠及615小鼠等动物模型,观察唐威及其组成的中药部分和西药优降糖对血糖、葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素耐量、胰岛素敏感指数、以及对体力和免疫功能的影响。结果唐威可明显降低 KK 小鼠、IGT-ICR 小鼠和 Al-loxan 小鼠的血糖水平;增强 KM 小鼠体力,增加615小鼠腹腔注射绵羊红细胞诱导的血清中溶血素的生成量、减轻 ICR 小鼠环磷酰胺诱导的机体免疫器官的萎缩,且均优于单用优降糖或中药(P<0.05)。在改善糖尿病动物葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素抵抗方面有一定的作用。结论唐威胶囊是中、西药合用的抗糖尿病药物,在糖尿病及其并发症的防治中,优于中药复方或优降糖的单独用药。
