摘要
目的探讨丹参在急性肝损伤时对枯否细胞功能的调整作用。方法取大鼠40只,随机分成4组,正常对照组(对照组),硫代乙酰胺组(TAA 组),三氯化钆加硫代乙酰胺组(GdCl_3加 TAA 组)和三氯化钆加硫代乙酰胺加丹参组(丹参组),后两组予大鼠鼠尾静脉注射 GdCl_3共2日。丹参组给大鼠皮下注射丹参醇提取液,除正常对照组,各组均用 TAA 给大鼠灌胃造成大鼠急性肝损伤。观察细胞巨噬指数、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、内毒素及总胆红素(TB)等指标。结果丹参组吞噬指数较 GdCl_3加 TAA 及 TAA组明显增高(P<0.05);而血浆内毒素、TNF-α、ALT 及 TB 水平较 GdCl_3加 TAA 及 TAA 组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论丹参具有增强封闭状态枯否细胞吞噬功能并使炎性介质 TNF-α分泌减少,减轻肝细胞损伤。
