中药泄福音灌肠剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究

Experimental Study on Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by Xiefuyin Enema

目的探讨中药泄福音灌肠剂对溃疡性结肠炎的作用。方法采用免疫加结肠损伤方法制作动物模型,通过大体解剖和病理切片观察泄福音灌肠剂对结肠黏膜组织学的影响。结果中药治疗组结肠黏膜充血、水肿显著较模型组减轻或消失,结肠黏膜病变呈缓解趋势。结论泄福音灌肠剂能有效地改善结肠黏膜的充血、水肿,促进溃疡愈合。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Xiefuyin enema (XFY)in treating ulcerative colitis.Methods The animal model was established by immunological method plus colon damage.Effect of XFY was observed by gross anatomy and pathological slides for colonic membrane.Results The congestive and edematous colonic membrane in the model an- imals was improved after XFY treatment,and showed a trend of alleviation of disease.Conclusion XFY could effectively improve the colonic membrane congestion and edema,to pro...
