摘要
目的观察隐孔菌多糖(CVPs)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠肺功能和气道炎症的影响。方法采用反复气管内注入脂多糖(LPS)和木瓜蛋白酶构建 COPD 大鼠模型,并用 CVPs 治疗,观察各组大鼠的肺功能、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎症细胞的变化及其相关性。结果模型组与对照组比较,气道阻力(R_L)显著增高、动态肺顺应性(C_(dyn))显著降低,BALF 中炎症细胞总数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核/巨噬细胞均显著增高(P<0.01)。CVPs 干预可使用药组的肺功能和 BALF 中炎症细胞都呈现具有量效关系的改善。其对用药组 BALF 中炎症细胞总数的抑制作用与 R_L 降低呈正相关(P<0.01),而对淋巴细胞的抑制作用与C_(dyn)降低呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 CVPs 可通过抑制气道炎症改善 COPD 大鼠的肺功能。
